This is an exciting time for Cantell and Co estate agents. Following our continued success and growth over the last seven years, through the most prolonged and persistently challenging sales market we’ve known, the team has gradually been expanding.
While growth has brought many benefits, it also comes with some consequences particularly in light of Government Guidelines and adhering to social distancing in the workplace. Having sublet the ground floor of Prince Consort House, 11 -13 Worple Way for seven years, suddenly, our office—which had looked so large when we started Cantell and Co in 2013, had become confined.
Given this, we made plans to triple the office space and secure the whole 2800 sq ft of the building. On 31 July 2020 we took the two upper floors as well, so now have sole use of the building, with the vision to sublet the expanded office space to likeminded reputable property professionals we have come to know and work with over the years. Prince Consort House will become Richmond’s property hub, providing advice from Surveyors, Conveyancing Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers, Architects, Interior Designers, builders, Commercial Agents and of course Cantell and Co Estate Agents.
We now have the benefit of an additional three meeting rooms and two large conference rooms, we understand not everyone wants to discuss, what can sometimes be their biggest asset, in an open plan office full of people.
